We provide onsite computer service for your home and office in  Fort Myers, Sanibel Island,
Fort Myers, Cape Coral & Naples . We also have opened five new drop off locations for
customers who wish to drop off and pick up their computers. In most instances you can
drop it off in the morning get your Computer or Laptop fixed and pick it up after work. When
you arrive at these locations one of our technicians or authorized reps will ask you to fill out a
form. If a tech is available at the time of drop off they can then evaluate the problem your
computer is having and give you an estimate. If one is not available then you must call before
dropping off your computer. A tech will give you a call later that day after diagnosing the
problems your computer is having using the information provided on the form. No work will be
performed before calling you, discussing your options, and receiving your approval to start working.

#1 Add RAM (memory) to your computer. For windows XP minimum amount we recommend is 2GB. For windows Vista and Windows 7 minimum amount we recommend is 3GB. Since the introduction of Vista RAM prices have dropped to accommodate the operating systems requirements. More memory allows for more programs to be open at once and take less time to switch between them.
#2 Install an efficient and effective antivirus program. Your computer's biggest resource hog is your antivirus program. News flash Norton is not the best antivirus program a FL more.
#3 Scan for and remove viruses, trojans, spyware, and adware. We use several different programs to make sure every last remnant of an infection is removed. Most infections can actually disable your antivirus program from working and you would not know it.
#4 Install a new bigger faster hard drive. Even if you don't need the extra space, newer faster spinning hard drive technology can help improve performance. A faster harddrive helps starts the computer and loads programs faster. When we swap your hard drive we clone your old drive so all your documents and favorites are still intact.
#5 Perform operating system updates, software updates, and driver updates. This makes sure you have all the software fixes out there to make your computer runs efficiently and improve security.
#6 Install and configure your internet router and wireless network to run efficiently. Update the wireless drivers on your computer to improve your performance and connection stability. We can also check if your router is the problem for all your internet connection problems and recommend a new one.
