Each business has unique needs, and therefore, each web site we build is unique. We'll work with you to define your web site strategy, to project the image you want for your business, and to help you reach your online goals.

Budget-minded pricing for small businesses.
At Abacus Help Solutions we follow a “per page” pricing system rather than charge by the hour. The biggest problem with the hourly pricing structure is the fact that there is no way for you to determine how long it really takes to build your Web site. Whereas with our per page pricing system you know exactly how much the total cost will be before you start the project. No more surprise add-on charges or sticker shock when your Web site is finished.
The only time Abacus Help Solutions will bill you by the hour is for additional work beyond the scope of the signed agreement. Even then, you will be given an estimate for the additions before we do the work. We will perform the extra work only after you have given us written approval.
What do you charge?
We have carefully constructed a pricing chart that covers all the associated costs of developing a web site from start to finish. Although your web design project may differ depending on your specific needs, you can use the pricing chart below to get a ball park idea of what it would cost to develop your web project.

Why does the 1st (Home) page cost so much more?
The majority of development time is spent designing the Home page because it involves developing a unique concept specifically for your business based on our discussions, designing the layout with a color scheme that will provide a consistent look throughout the site, creating the navigation flow, and providing you with a “live” mock-up for your review. All of this work requires a disproportionate amount of our time as compared to building the rest of the site based on your approved design, so we charge a lower price on the remaining pages.

We try to keep it simple, without the 'nickel-and-dime', 'ups-and-extras' nonsense. Standard rates apply for all web site layout and construction: graphics design, copy-writing or editing, search engine registration, etc.
Our price: $46 per hour—billed in half-hour increments. Many others demand over $60 per hour, using a one hour minimum charge! Fixed-price designs, or performance-based (SEO) engagements can also be arranged.
For multimedia like: Flash animation, movie clip, or sound editing: $56 per hour.
Our rates for web Domain Name lookup and registration (www.yourbusiness.com), with site hosting included, starts at just $70 per year. So why are others charging their clients $200++ annually, and delivering the same hosting services and features? Hmmmm...
Rates for programming (Java, CGI, Perl, or PHP scripting), databases and e-commerce: $62 per hour.
The bottom-line: Have a small web site built, up-and-running, for a mere $995 investment. The only way to advertise less expensively is by customer referral (and we do get a lot of thoseSmart businesses and their customers know that cost is only part of the transaction! Excellent service & quality results explain the reputation we've achieved with clients.
Even a large corporate website may fall short, if their site is not constructed to be search-engine "friendly". That's where Search Engine Optimization (SEO), comes in. With additional analysis and elbow grease, your web site can be built from-the-ground-up to rank higher in top search engines like Google, Yahoo, MSN, and for the search terms people actually use. Rather than some phony guarantee a reputable firm won't offer, we just consistently deliver results... at a price few can match.
More search engines & directories now require a "pay-to-play" approach, using click-through advertising in order to get 'seen' quickly. Still, when it comes to the right design — investment there goes much further in terms of solid, long term "organic" rankings. Something to include as part of your marketing strategy.
Allow us the opportunity to help fulfill your online business requirements. Our goal is to help you expand and better support your client-base, whether they be around town... the country, or around the world. And to do so affordably. Our promise is to exceed your expectations, not your budget. Rush Jobs are Bill 1.5X to 2X of regular rates.
